Our history
Founded in 2001 by Samuel Perez, our company started as Perez Waterfront Construction, a small operation that focused on building docks and piers for lakefront homes. As the years went by, we expanded our services to include other marine construction projects such as boathouses, retaining walls, walkways, etc.
In 2022, we rebranded as Legacy Waterfront Construction LLC to reflect our growth and commitment to excellence in the industry. We have since completed numerous projects for both residential and commercial clients throughout the region, earning a reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Throughout our journey, we have remained dedicated to our founding principles of quality, integrity, and hard work. We look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come!
